They foster a high-impact work environment where professionals can thrive and contribute meaningfully.■Role OverviewThe Senior Product Manager leads the strategic planning, roadmap definition, and end-to-end product delivery to enhance customer experience and drive business growth in Japan.■Main tasks include:・Leading high-visibility, consumer-facing projects to improve the Japanese co-branded credit card experience.・Creating and maintaining the product development roadmap through annual and quarterly planning.・Collaborating closely with offshore technical development teams, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives to accelerate project delivery.・Analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine credit card value propositions.・Partnering with Marketing and Finance to evaluate acquisition economics and design adoption strategies.・Authoring strategic documents such as PR/FAQs and BRDs to align cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.#LI-Onsite#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Must have
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
- Business level English and Japanese
■Nice to have
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
